The Stiftung Reinbeckhallen presents two to three exhibitions, accompanied by a side program that includes workshops, film screenings, and readings, among other events, every year. Alongside this, the Stiftung Reinbeckhallen welcomes cooperation projects and also works closely with the Werkstatt Neue Drucke, a printing workshop committed to researching, preserving, and teaching traditional printing techniques at the Reinbeckhallen.

Alec Soth has been chronicling aspects of American life since the late 1990s. To complete his latest series, A Pound of Pictures, the Magnum photographer travelled across the US in search of people, places, and situations to photograph with his large-format camera. A selection of his images, taken between 2018 and 2021, will be presented at the Reinbeckhallen and will prompt visitors to consider the material and immaterial weight of photographs.
